Info: Our private preschool program received a grant from the Department of Education to provide low-income families high-quality preschool services for their children. The goal is to help economically disadvantaged preschoolers obtain the kindergarten readiness skills they need to do well in school and later in life. Children must by ages 3-5 and qualify as free or reduced on the school lunch food program form. We can tell the families if they qualify over the phone. The paperwork to register is minimal, and the program is awesome. (There are several of these programs around the state, and Krista Hamiliton can give you more information on them.
